New Education Policy Year 2020 : Made By UnEducated Politicians
New education policy: 10 + 2 finish in school education, new system of 5 + 3 + 3 + 4 will be implemented
New Delhi, 29 July, 2020
The new education policy was approved by the Modi cabinet on Wednesday. This education has been brought to bring complete change in the world.
With this, the Ministry of Human Resource Development has been renamed as Ministry of Education. Under the new education policy, the format of 10 + 2 has been completely abolished, understand this.
Now it is divided into 10 + 2 and 5 + 3 + 3 + 4 format. This means that now the first five years of school will include three years of pre-primary school and foundation stage including class 1 and class 2. Then the next three years will be divided into the preparation phase of classes 3 to 5.
After this, three years of middle stage (classes 6 to 8) and four years of secondary stage (classes 9 to 12). Apart from this, there will be no strict adherence to arts, commerce, science stream in schools, students can take whatever courses they want now.
Some points of the new education policy
Emphasis on making teachers aware as well as teachers.
-Promoting the abilities of each student will be a priority.
- Emphasis will be on conceptual understanding, will lead to creativity and critical thinking.
There will be no difficulty, separation between art and science for students.
- Ethics, constitutional values will be the major part of the curriculum.
Some other important aspects of the new education policy
By 2040, all higher education institutions will have to create a multi-subject institution with more than 3000 students.
By 2030, there will be at least one major multi-subject high establishment in or near every district.
- The syllabus of institutions will be such that emphasis should be laid on the development of public institutions.
- Institutions will have the option to run open distance learning and online programs.
All types of deemed and related universities created for higher education will be known as universities only.
- Aim to develop the human, intellectual, social, physical, emotional and moral capabilities in an integrated manner.
The new education policy will include music, philosophy, art, dance, theater, education courses of higher institutions. The bachelor's degree will be of 3 or 4 years duration. Academy Bank of Credit will be formed, digital record of students' performance will be collected. By 2050, at least 50 percent of the learners will have to be involved in vocational education through the school and higher education system. A new national research institute will be formed for quality qualification research, it will be related to all the universities of the country.

7. All graduation course will have major and minor
Example - science student can have Physics as Major and Music as minor also. Any combination he can choose
8. All higher education will be governed by only one authority.
9. UGC AICTE will be merged.
10. All University government, private, Open, Deemed, Vocational etc will have same grading and other rules.
11. New Teacher Training board will be setup for all kinds of teachers in country, no state can change
12. Same level of Accreditation to any collage , based on its rating collage will get autonomous rights and funds.
13. New Basic learning program will be created by government for parents to teach children upto 3 years in home and for pre school 3 to 6
14. Multiple entry and exit from any course
15. Credit system for graduation for each year student will get some credits which he can utilize if he takes break in course and come back again to complete course
16. All schools exams will be semester wise twise a year
17. The syllabus will be reduced to core knowledge of any subject only
18. More focus on student practical and application knowledge
19. For any graduation course if student complete only one year he will get a basic certificate, if he complete two years then he will get Diploma certificate and if he complete full course then he will get degree certificate. So no year of any student will be wasted if he break the course in between.
20. All the graduation course feed of all Universities will be governed by single authority with capping on each course.
Now we can hope our education system will be at par with modern countries and the future of our children will be bright.

1. Why should we parents deposit you the Full Fee when our child did not go to School ..
2. You did not start studying online by asking us, nor did we ask you to start online education for Our Children ..
3. Before studying online, you asked us whether we have a Separate mobile or laptop for online education ..

Earlier, if the children had accidentally brought them to the mobile school, you would have seized their mobiles and called the parents and started advising them about the damage done by the mobile in the school and today you justified studying online in the same mobile. So why are these double standards?
So that you can make an excuse to study online for half an hour and charge fees from parents.

Parents need to be Tech-Savvy
Everyone has different approaches to technology. But whatever your personal attitude may be,
there’s no escaping the reality that today's children are immersed digital media. As with anything else, knowledge and monitoring of our children’s use of technology are critical. There are many families where children's are always occupied with technologies from their early ages. In todays generation even a kid of 3-4 years starts using technology in a form of mobile phones and different technological games. They even prefer to learn new things from technologies which parents has to understand and for that they have to be tech-savvy as if they are unaware about these new things then they will be always worry about what their children's are doing, how they are learning, will these technologies spoil their children and their future. So to get rid of these questions and worries parents need to know new technologies and their benefits that how can it be helpful for today's generation.
If the parents are tech savvy then they can also keep an eye on what their children's are actually doing as the technology is boon as well as a bane. So it is upto the person that how he/she is using these technologies. Children's are the one who can easily be traped and manipulated so if parents have a complete knowledge of these things then they can teach them well. This is not only about getting trapd in frauds but also going in a path of ignoring parents because if any parent is unaware about these technologies then their children's think that they are uneducated and don't know anything.
So, if a parent is a tech savvy then he/she may help their children's in many ways to have a good and bright future and those are:
*They provide an example of the balanced use of technology. As important as technology is in our daily lives, tech-savvy parents understand the importance of showing their children that some things are more important than non-stop social media updates and ceaseless email and text conversations.
*They set screen time limits. When children use technology without a break, they neglect other activities that are critical to their health and development. By setting limits, parents ensure that kids have time for face-to-face socialization, exercise, and outdoor play.
*They converse with kids about technology and social media. These parents discuss the potential benefits and harms of technology with their children so that they can understand the reasons behind rules and limits. They also take the opportunity to learn from their children about the apps and platforms that they use.
*They support children’s growth and learning around technology. Tech-savvy parents give kids foundational tenets to guide their children as the digital world becomes more complex.
*They provide docking stations to use at bedtime. These parents give kids the restful downtime they need by keeping devices away from the bedrooms at night.
*They use digital media together with their kids. Tech-savvy parents sit down with their kids and find out what they are reading and watching.
*They adhere to the “24-hour rule.” This rule gives kids have 24 hours to report mistakes without risking punishment, encouraging honesty about online behavior.
*They encourage use of technology for educational purposes. Their children use “screen time” to advantage by engaging in the many engaging educational apps that exist.
*They enforce distraction-free times of the day. By keeping certain times of day (like dinnertime) device-free, parents encourage a balanced approach to technology. All family members, including parents themselves, observe these designated times that are free of distractions.
*They involve their children in creating rules and consequences around technology. These parents understand that children will be more motivated to follow rules if they have a say in them.

The decision of Indian Government to ban 59 Chinese App is one of the boldest steps
Way Ahead
Ban on Chinese Apps has opened new vistas for academicians and IT researchers that warrant their utmost attention. Challenge of developing substitute Apps needs to be transformed into opportunities. All the universities and institutes are required to take an urgent call and capitalize this opportunity and take the following actions to promote digital India campaign and promote software developers:
· Lay out a clear cut path way and prepare a blue print to develop the alternative Apps in lieu of Chinese App.
· If any alternates of Chinese app having Indian origin, is already available and able to meet the needs of customers, it needs to be left for the time being and priority to be given to those apps that have no Indian alternate solutions.
· Create a pool of software developers, create SQRs (software qualitative requirements with respect to each App) and divide the work systematically as per the work flow chart.
· Identify the platforms on which various apps can be developed.
· For development of such Apps, two popular platforms are Android and Mac specially for apple phones, tablets and laptops.
· The coding language, generally used is Advance Java for front end development and SQL for back end data storage and retrieval purpose.
· Procure the requisite software if needed.
· Conduct training for teachers and students, if needed.
· Give specific time line to accomplish the task after gauging the quantum of work.
· Collaborate with software industries and encourage start-ups.
· Put up project proposals for funding from UGC, AICTE, DST etc, if needed.
· Announce good prizes for team of developers and reward them and publicise their work.
· We can plan for App Developer Marathon to attract the best talents.
· Universities and colleges can take help of their alumni who have been toppers of IT and software engineering and working as computer wizards in industries.
· This mission needs to be campaigned aggressively to attract the best talents from academic institutions and IT industries.
A Glance Needed by MHRD
· Call a mega meet of Vice Chancellors and Directors of all the universities and institutions of national importance.
· Deliberate over the issue and seek suggestions from each VC and Director to develop all sorts of substitutes of Chinese App. It is not only to be limited to currently banned 59 Apps but it should seek for alternatives of all Chinese origin hardware and software products.
· Soon after deliberations, issue immediate guidelines and advisories.
· This year is required to be declared as “Software Development Year”.
· Each university and institute of national eminence to be given compulsory task of developing substitute Apps.
· Provide liberal funding to start-ups and software developing institutes for procurement of software and other peripherals.
· Organise national Level Symposium for software developers and reward the best developer.
· MSME to be approached to promote new start-ups
· All incubation centres across India running under the ages of MSME need to be tasked for floating invites to young entrepreneurs and start-ups particularly interested in developing software.
· For App development public private partnership model need to be promoted.
Opens Window of Opportunity for Investors
The day ban was announced, an upswing in time spent over social content Apps was observed. A sharp increase in number of downloads of social content Apps was also found. It attracted investors to look at home-grown social content platforms for fresh investments, as these start-ups look to fill the gap of their Chinese competitors. It is learnt from news that India’s TikTok alternative, MitronTV raised ₹2 crore in seed funding from venture capital firm. Similarly, another App called ShareChat, which competes with China's banned App Helo, is looking forward to raise fund of about $100 million, as a part of its next funding round. I am sure that this trend will definitely draw the attention of potential investors to support all young developers and start-ups. However, it is advised that investors must keep watch of market sentiments and government move before any investment so that they do not burn their fingers.

Indian IT enthusiasts and core software developers must take a plunge and grab the present opportunity to develop most competitive social Apps lashed with all brilliant features to have a technological and social edge over that of Chinese Apps. Indian Make, social video apps like MitronTV, ShareChat claims of having million downloads in few days are very encouraging and gives clear signals to all developers and investors that if qualitative products are launched in the market there is no dearth of users. Another video sharing Indian App Chingari and Kagaz Scanner replacing Chinese cam scanner came to fore in no time and caught hold of sizeable market. Needless to emphasize that India is the biggest market in the world to consume all digital smart products.
