1. MBA

An MBA or a Master’s in Business Administration is a very hot topic now-a-days. Is this just a trend , a trifle, or is there a real value in pursuing such a programme. Major reasons for doing an MBA is

5) Holistic perspective over Business world. Having a Business degree enhances your Marketability .It Can be a gateway into the growing market of Data Analytics and information management, IT, FMCG, Banking & Human Resources. These  jobs have a greater scope in MBA.

2. Chartered Accountant (CA) 

If you have a keen interest in accounts, then becoming CA is the best option for you. Chartered accountants work in all fields of business and finance, including auditing, taxation, financial and general management. Some are engaged in public practice work, others work in the private sector and some are employed by government bodies. 

The minimum qualification required to pursue ICAI CA course is Class 12. The candidates who have passed Class 12 can take up CPT course. Common Proficiency Test (CPT) is the beginning stage to start a career in Charted Accountancy. The second stage is IPCC (Intermediate) and the last stage is CA Final.

3. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

 A chartered financial analyst (CFA) is a globally-recognized professional designation given by the CFA Institute, that measures and certifies the competence and integrity of financial analysts. Candidates are required to pass three levels of exams covering areas, such as accounting, economics, ethics, money management, and security analysis.

Qualifications required for becoming a CFA are:

The candidate must have four years of professional work experience, a bachelor's degree or be in the final year of the bachelor's degree program, or a combination of professional work experience and education totaling four years. For the undergraduate qualification, the bachelor's program must be completed before registering for the Level II exam. In addition to the educational requirement, the candidate must have an international passport, complete the assessment in English, meet the professional conduct admission criteria, and live in a participating country.

Besides these qualifications, a person has to clear all the 3 level exams of CFA. 

4. Certified Management Accountant (CMA)

CMA is a professional certification credential in the management accounting and financial management fields. The certification signifies that the person possesses knowledge in the areas of financial planning, analysis, control, decision support, and professional ethics. The CMA is a U.S.-based, globally recognized certification offered by the Institute of Management Accountants.

Since 2010, the CMA exam has been condensed into two four-hour parts, covering largely the same material as the former four part exam with added emphasis on financial planning, analysis, control, and decision support.

Each exam consists of descriptive questions and two 30-minute essay questions. Candidates are given 3 hours to complete the multiple choice section and one hour to complete the essays. Candidates must show their work for the essay questions in order to receive credit. Parts 1 and 2 of the CMA exam are scored on a scale of 0–500 with a candidate's raw score converted to a uniform scaled score against all exam candidates. On this scale, a score of 360 represents the minimum passing scaled score.

5. Business Accountant and Taxation (BAT) 

The Post Graduate Program in Business Accounting and Taxation (PGP-BAT) is an experiential and practical learning course, conceptualized to help students become an industry-ready accounting professional. The modules of the program are structured, designed and curated by industry experts having years of experience in the domains of accounting and taxation. 

It is meant for

Students who have just graduated and want to learn in-demand skills and tools in Accounting. 

Individuals with 0-2 years of experience who want to upskill and shift to an office-based high profile job. 

Individuals who want to master the most important accounting tools that are a prerequisite in the industry. 

The course is especially beneficial for freshers and any candidate with a Commerce background is eligible for the Post Graduate Program in Business Accounting and Taxation.

7. Accociation of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) 

Chartered Certified Accountant is the professional body's main qualification. Following completion of up to 13 professional examinations, three years of supervised, relevant accounting experience and an ethics module, it enables an individual to become a Chartered Certified Accountant. The ACCA professional examinations are offered worldwide four times yearly in March, June, September and December as paper-based and computer-based exams.

The qualification is structured in three modules, plus an Ethics and Professional Skills module and a Professional Experience Requirement (PER).
