Rather than plunging into extremes, such as working ourselves to exhaustion, we should aim for moderation. It's about achieving harmony in every aspect of life, ultimately improving our satisfaction.
Taking a little time for yourself (self-care) can aid in boosting your overall well-being. It's the key to finding kindness in a negative world.
