Guidance on Fulfillment Center (FC) Registration

Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the Fulfillment Center (FC) registration process.

To register a new Fulfillment Center, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Seller Central account.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Account Info.

  3. Under Manage Your Services, click on Fulfilled by Amazon. On the next page, click Fulfilled by Amazon again, then select Click here to add Fulfillment Center (FC) to your account.

  4. Select your state and proceed with Register for Fulfillment Center.

  5. Click on the Continue Registration button at the top to choose your preferred state for the Fulfillment Center (warehouse).

  6. Select one or more Fulfillment Centers based on your preference and click Continue. Enter your Business Details on the next page and continue.

  7. On the Register FCs as Additional Place of Business (APoB) page, download the required documentation such as NOC, BSA, and other legal documents using the link:
    No Objection Certificate (click here to download consent letter/legal ownership documents for APoB filing).

  8. Choose one of the following methods to complete your FC registration:

    • Apply via Certified Service Provider

    • Auto-apply via Amazon Tool

    • Self-registration via GST Portal

  9. Upload the relevant documents:

    • REG-06 for self-registration or Amazon tool application (must be completed within 90 days)

    • REG-14 if applying via a service provider or CA

  10. If you plan to send food products to the FC, upload your FSSAI certificate with the FC address.
