We're looking for energetic and result-oriented Regional Business Development Managers (BDMs) with prior EdTech experience and a strong Network among Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), Placement Heads, Professors, and Academic Leaders.

📍 Experience

1–3 Years

Preferred Industry: EdTech / Higher Education / Skill Development / Training

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen Relationships with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), Placement Heads, Deans, HODs, and Professors.

  • Generate institutional partnerships with Universities and colleges.

  • Promote Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), Train the Trainer (TTT), Future Skills Programs, Web Development, AI, and Remote Pilot Technology initiatives.

  • Schedule meetings, presentations, seminars, and workshops with academic institutions.

  • Identify new collaboration opportunities and drive business growth.

  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure successful program execution.

  • Achieve monthly partnership and business development targets.

  • Represent the organization at education events, conferences, and seminars.

👤 Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in EdTech Business Development.

  • Strong Network with TPOs, Placement Officers, Professors, Deans, and Academic Institutions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-driven with a passion for education and technology.

  • Comfortable with frequent travel within the assigned region.

  • Ability to work independently and manage institutional partnerships.

🎓 Preferred Qualification

  • MBA (Marketing/HR)

  • BBA

  • Engineering Graduates

  • Any Graduate with relevant EdTech business development experience
