About the Role
Asiatic International Corp is seeking an experienced, high-caliber Communication Consultant / Aviation English Instructor to train the next generation of aviation professionals. In this role, you will design and deliver specialized training programs that elevate the spoken fluency, professional confidence, and operational clarity of pilots, cabin crew, ground staff, and airport security personnel.

Key Responsibilities
Specialized Aviation Training: Deliver targeted English language and communication training tailored for Pilots/Captains, cabin attendants, security personnel, and ground staff, focusing heavily on operational vocabulary, grammar, and spoken fluency.
Announcement & Briefing Coaching: Train cabin crew candidates to deliver precise, engaging, and protocol-aligned in-flight announcements and safety briefings that comply with international aviation standards.
High-Pressure Module Development: Design and implement customized modules that prepare crew members for flawless verbal communication during high-stress operational scenarios, balancing passenger comfort with safety instructions.
Professionalism & Hospitality Coaching: Conduct interactive sessions aimed at enhancing verbal clarity, customer-facing confidence, and the signature warmth vital for global passenger interactions.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Communication Trainer, English Instructor, or Voice & Accent Coach (experience within the aviation industry, luxury hospitality, or travel sectors is highly preferred).
Deep understanding of aviation terminology, crew resource management (CRM) communication, and in-flight service dynamics.
Exceptional command of the English language with a neutral accent and outstanding presentation skills.
Ability to deliver engaging sessions in both online interactive formats and hybrid/on-site settings.
