I am a 38 years old Human Being, always running out of Time. Sometimes for going to office, sometimes returning from office, sometimes for a movie show, sometimes rushing home, sometimes for receiving someone, sometimes for dropping...
Overlooking the Traffic sign boards, the bike passing close by, a bus trying to cling, a car with another driver in hurry, Overloaded and unalarming heavy vehicles running around, I choose to move with my own speed, trusting everyone's driving sense. Overloaded bikers, rickshaws, tractors, trucks Were my best pals to play with on high-ways or roads or streets.
I said "Were" because a car just struck me hard while I was taking a U-turn. We both were in a hurry and trusted each other's driving abilities blindly..and I lost my life in this real road match. He got hurt in one of his arms and managed to get hospitalized.
I left my loved ones behind today finally, each day tossing their happiness with blind trust on the driving abilities of others. I am a son, a husband, a dad, I am a friend but dropped all roles and relations in a hurry.
Rushing into no-entries for shortcuts, speeding, ignoring speed breakers, saying no to seat belts, jumping red lights, overspeeding, overloading, drink and driving, overtaking from wrong side or without observing, trying to drive in least space between vehicles, all are reasons of our ignorance. This shows we are not bothered about our loved ones and we can play with other's lives too.
Whenever you are in a hurry, always imagine your loved one saying-
"Come back Soon, We are waiting for you". They can't live without you.Take care and don't forget to hear. Ignorance @Traffic Sense does not land up sucking one soul, it takes the life of the entire family. Always remember whether you lose or another soul loses- one family is lost which can be refrained by merely sparing a few extra minutes for a journey. It's worth it- if you feel it.
