2. Coordinator – Learning & Development (L&D)
The Coordinator is the engine room of our L&D ecosystem. You will ensure the seamless execution of training programs while maintaining the highest standards of educational quality.
Operational Excellence: Manage scheduling, resources, and logistics for global training.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the bridge between visionary leadership and program participants.
Performance Tracking: Analyze data to measure training effectiveness and growth.
