Difference between Skilled and Unskilled Staff

Difference between Skilled and Unskilled Staff
#Skilled Staffs are those who have #knowledge as well as technical training too. They know how to manage work properly. They can tackle most of situations easily. They don't require assistance of others to complete there work until unless their work process need so.
It is  also termed as #White Collor work. None of the either things matter what matter most is the level of training and expertise a person has. Also the pay scale of skilled staff is high.
Under skilled labour it may be categorized as skilled and highly skilled  professionals.
Under skilled professionals they are capable enough for exercising considerable #Independent judgement and of discharging his duties with responsibilities includes :-
•Electricians
•Plumbers
•Law enforcement officers
•Administrative assistants
All these are examples of skilled staffs.
Now on the other hand #Highly Skilled staffs,  who is capable of working efficiently and supervises efficiently the work of skilled employees includes:-
•Lawyers
•Doctors
•Accountants
Now come to #Unskilled #Workforce these workforce are those who have knowledge but lack technical training . Or they don't have any specialization in work , they should be trained by skilled workforce to have some specialization. In this case sometime workforce also lack proper knowledge about the things. They don't have their independent judgement. Also their pay scale is lower than skilled workforce.
Just take an example , in the school a teacher is teaching the students of class 8th standard and suddenly suppose a teacher asked a student of 12th standard to teach the students of 8th standard , no doubt he/she of class 12 has obviously the knowledge of class 8th , he/she can also teach them . But he/she can't make them understand and this is the difference between skilled and unskilled workforce. Here teacher is skilled enough to make them understand not the students of class 12th .
In India number of skilled workforce is less than required so The National Policy for Skill development and Entrepreneurship 2015 provides an enabling framework to realize the vision. The National Policy targets to skill and reskill about 400 million by 2022. It’s a huge challenge considering that the percentage of the formally trained in India are low at 4.69 per cent of the total workforce compared to countries like Germany with 75%, Korea with 96%.
