Symbiosis Indore bags 1st Prize in Indian
Karting Race
Team Xelerate of Mechatronics
and Automobile Engineering of Symbiosis University of Applied Sciences Indore
participated in National level Go Kart competition named Indian Karting Race
(IKR), conducted by ISIE (Imperial Society of Innovative Engineers), India.
It was a national level
competition in which 40 teams participated. This professional Karting Race was
conducted at Bhopal.
Team Symbiosis toiled for last 4 months and
developed the entire machinery and IOT based electronic control board of the
Kart in university workshop. 5 day long and tough competition was a nightmare
for students. Dr Sanjay Kumar, Vice Chancellor said that 22 students worked day
in and day out to design and developed the Kart indigenously. He said, finally
they bagged prizes in 3 categories (the best innovation, the best tug of war
and Future choice award).
Captain of the team was
Mr. Vedant Bhargav, where as Mr. Shubham Patel and Mr. Parmider Singh were the
drivers. They were guided by Dr. Keshav Patidar, Mr. Suresh Kumar and Mr.
Ravindra Parab.
