Therefore, creating a comfortable and satisfying work environment is essential for the success of any company.
A team of subordinates that can lead to success comes down to their support in many ways; it can be emotional, physical, or intellectual. The more an employee feels valued and important at their company, they can adjust to the environment more easily. Below are some of the ways by which leaders can maintain a positive working culture.
•Encouraging your subordinates: Praising and giving compliments when appropriate or thanking them for doing excellent jobs can make them feel valued and essential for the company. •Comfortable environment: Leaders need to Take care of the hygiene and physical health of the employees. A clean and attractive ambience can help in building a good relationship between the subordinates and the leader. Providing comfortable chairs, awareness about hygiene, or flexibility to work from where they want to, allowing them to decorate their workplace as per their choice, etc.
•Set Goals: Setting up goals at work helps in productivity; leaders must help their employees set up realistic goals and provide them with all the resources to achieve a quantitative result.
