Education is the passport to the future for tomorrow, belongs to those who prepare for it today.

Heavy rainfall, speedy wind, and hard sunlight help a plant enroot deepen and make it strong. Which is crucial for a plant to become a giant tree, very likely with Human Beings too.

Education is not preparation for life but it is life itself. There is no elevator to success you have to take the stairs. Habit builds us not show off or miracles. The more we adapt to the best Habits, we land up grooming our personality, ourselves.

Teachers are candles that enlighten and encourage minds to think, hands to create, and hearts to love. It takes a big heart to help shape little minds. A Teacher plants the seeds of knowledge sprinkles them with love and patiently nurtures their growth to produce tomorrow's dreams. Nurturing budding professionlists from different fields a Teacher is never served or paid for the services sufficiently though their satisfaction by giving best bring the content.

Ancient Gurukuls were Teacher-oriented though the evolved gurukuls emphasize Student- orientation. Now the focus is which Gurukul/Teacher is giving best services to parent-student in terms of effortless output. No expectation from parents/guardians as they are having no time/energy/ knowledge. Any activity which requires parent attention may trigger to think “if I’ll do this then what is the role of the school or the teacher”, “ Why am I paying if I have to do everything.” Though on the other hand, we have parents/guardians triggering their toddlers to sail through and give their best. They blindly trust their chosen partner to allow the child to explore. Sometimes they dive within which strengthens their bond. It is like their investment to upscale a child's thought processing while exploring covering all aspects.

Kids outshine with the combined reflections of parent and teacher. It depends on us we want them to be served with a spoon or help them become a discoverer. Expressing the need for more resources than planned in the activity may puncture the graph of our child’s thought processing. Today children may not perform best but as a practice, they will certainly outshine. Every child will take his/her own time. Struggles faced during projects like non- agreements, non- contributions or unequal efforts from team members, etc should be highlighted as an obstacle of life rather than blaming mentors/gurukuls. This also boosts the ability to handle stress in children.

Our reaction can encourage or discourage kids to complete the assigned tasks. Tasks could be many or few just like challenges in life, kids should be taught to prioritize rather than losing hope or getting disheartened. Our ignorance is expensive. Expressing love for kids should not be mixed with over-pampering or favouring by requests of extending the time for submission or excuses for non-submission. We have to be strong to make them strongest.

Paid engines may serve as we expect but the loss is ours. Recall the best sculpture could not be prepared without a hammer.

It's worth it- if you feel it.
