Saying No is an Art. Only an artist can say no gracefully though it is only a two letter word which does not value much while scoring in scrabble.

There is a very nice song from our favorite Shaan The Singer- “Kya Karu Ke Mujhe Na Kehna Nhi Aata Kisi Ka Dil Bhi dukhaye Na Jata Koi Kahe please ya maange koi cheej, Main use taal na pata”.

It’s important to understand when and how to say No for our happiness and success. Talk Out when in doubt(Yes/NO). Our self-concern is always a valid excuse to say No after evaluating. Learn to say no without justifying. Dive into your reason and evaluate the parameters of why you wanna say No. You are not willing because- 

- You are occupied, tired

- Person is only trying to use you

- Often a person has used you

-You are mean, selfish

-You are not open to accept changes

After verifying this checklist, be at peace with your decision.

It is difficult to say no only when we think too much. It is right to share our point of view positively. It is okay to say No timely rather than regretting later. This will help us avoid slipping in the situation which becomes Embarrassing to Breathe or to be Or Upfront.

Also, we struggle when we try to support our No with keywords or mini statements we should smartly and confidently avoid justifying.

On the other hand, we should treat everyone with dignity regardless of their response like we expect from others. Don’t judge the person and give space to strengthen the bonds. Example- if someone wants you to drop him/her at a place which is not in your way. Speak what you wanna say- Sorry, I am not going that way. Maybe next time I can drop you. Take Care.

Simple Habits Build Us and fetch us mental peace. Don’t loose your peace by merely agreeing to everything. Turn from Negative to Nice gradually. Reform- Na Kaho bina kisi ka Dil Dukhaye- even yours.

It's worth it- if you feel it.

ना कहना एक कला है। केवल एक कलाकार ही शान से ना कह सकता है, हालांकि यह केवल दो अक्षर का शब्द है जो स्क्रैबल में स्कोर करते समय ज्यादा महत्व नहीं रखता है।

हमारे पसंदीदा शान द सिंगर का एक बहुत अच्छा गाना है- "क्या करू के मुझे ना कहना नहीं आता किसी का दिल भी दुखाए ना जाता कोई कहे प्लीज या मांगे कोई चीज, मैं इस्तेमाल ताल न पता"।

यह समझना महत्वपूर्ण है कि हमारी खुशी और सफलता के लिए कब और कैसे ना कहना है। संदेह होने पर बात करें (हां/नहीं)। हमारी आत्म-चिंता हमेशा मूल्यांकन करने के बाद ना कहने का एक वैध बहाना है। बिना औचित्य के ना कहना सीखें। अपने कारण में गोता लगाएँ और मापदंडों का मूल्यांकन करें कि आप क्यों नहीं कहना चाहते हैं। आप इसके लिए तैयार नहीं हैं क्योंकि-

- आप व्यस्त हैं, थके हुए हैं

- व्यक्ति केवल आपका उपयोग करने की कोशिश कर रहा है

- अक्सर व्यक्ति ने आपका इस्तेमाल किया है

-तुम मतलबी हो, स्वार्थी

-आप परिवर्तन स्वीकार करने के लिए तैयार नहीं हैं

इस चेकलिस्ट को सत्यापित करने के बाद, अपने निर्णय पर शांति से रहें।

जब हम बहुत ज्यादा सोचते हैं तो केवल ना कहना मुश्किल होता है। अपनी बात को सकारात्मक रूप से साझा करना सही है। बाद में पछताने के बजाय समय पर ना कहना ठीक है। इससे हमें उस स्थिति में फिसलने से बचने में मदद मिलेगी जो सांस लेने या आगे बढ़ने में शर्मनाक हो जाती है।

साथ ही हम संघर्ष करते हैं जब हम कीवर्ड या मिनी स्टेटमेंट के साथ अपनी संख्या का समर्थन करने का प्रयास करते हैं तो हमें समझदारी से और आत्मविश्वास से उचित ठहराने से बचना चाहिए।

दूसरी ओर, हमें हर किसी की प्रतिक्रिया की परवाह किए बिना सम्मान के साथ व्यवहार करना चाहिए, जैसा कि हम दूसरों से अपेक्षा करते हैं। व्यक्ति को जज न करें और बंधनों को मजबूत करने के लिए जगह दें। उदाहरण- अगर कोई चाहता है कि आप उसे ऐसी जगह छोड़ दें जो आपके रास्ते में नहीं है। बोलो जो तुम कहना चाहते हो- सॉरी, मैं उस तरफ नहीं जा रहा हूँ। शायद अगली बार मैं तुम्हें छोड़ दूं। अपना ध्यान रखना।

सरल आदतें हमें बनाती हैं और हमें मानसिक शांति प्रदान करती हैं। केवल हर बात को मान कर अपनी शांति भंग न करें। नेगेटिव से नीस की ओर धीरे-धीरे मुड़ें। रिफॉर्म- ना कहो बिना किसी का दिल दुखे- तुम्हारा भी।
