Strategic planning – this role also involves a lot of strategic direction to develop and successfully implement marketing and promotional campaigns for Admission.

Every Admission Officer plays highly significant role in their respective educational institutes.

• The most crucial responsibility of an admission officer is to conduct a successful recruiting sessions which can result into selection of potential teaching staff members and other related professionals.

• Another crucial responsibility of an admission officer is to decide all courses and streams which are to be offered by AIBA

• The admission officer is also engaged with all procedures which are specifically performed to select potential candidates or say students for the AIBA

• During the admission process, every admission officer evaluates the potential of the student on the basis of his academic performance and extracurricular activities as well.

• It is actually the Admission Officers who take the final decision regarding any scholarship program after consulting the governing body of the organization.

• It is their duty to make sure that all details regarding student's background is properly maintained in the form of report files or database system.

• The Admission Officers are also responsible to ensure that all activities are performed as per the guidelines and policies set by AIBA

Education Requirements

Predicted   at Masters Degree level [MBA/MCA]

Bilingual Hindi  and English Speaker
