Join a Big Departmental Store in Canada for Sales Training

An Indian left his job in India and joined a salesman's job in a Big Departmental Store in Canada.

On the first day, the Indian worked with full vigour.

At 6 pm:

Boss :- How much of sales did you do on the first day?

Indian : Sir, I attended to 1 Sale.

Boss : just Only 1 sale the whole day? Usually every salesman here does 20 to 30 Sale transactions a day. Well, tell me what is the money value of your today's one sale?

Indian : $93300 dollars.

Boss : What! Unbelievable! But how did you do that?

Indian : Sir, 1 person came and I sold him a small fishing hook.

Then a mazola and then finally sold a big hook. Then I sold him 1 big fishing rod and some fishing gear.

Then I asked him where does he go to catch fish and he said in the coastal area....

Then I said it would need a boat. So I took him down to the boat department and sold him a 20 ft double engine scooner boat.

When he said the boat won't come in his Volkas Wagon, I took him to the auto mobile section and sold him the new Deluxe 4 x 4 blazer to carry the boat.

And when I asked him where he would be going fishing ???  He didn't plan anything. So I took him to the camping section and sold him a six sleeper camper tent.

And then he took groceries worth  $ 200  and 2 cases of beer.

Now the boss took 2 steps back and asked :- You sold all this to the man who came just to buy only 1 fish hook???

Indian : "NO, SIR..." He ONLY Came to Buy 1 Tablet For his Headache.... I Explained to him that Fishing is the Best Way to Get Rid of Headaches.

Boss : Where did you work before ???

Indian : Yes, I was a PRO in a private hospital in India : On any Minor Complaint, We Get the Patients Tested for Pathology, ECO, ECG, TMT, CT SCAN, X-Ray, MRI etc.

Boss : Will You please sit in my chair?.

I shall go to India and Join a Private Hospital for Training.

How to Write a Value Proposition to Be A Successful MBA Sonal Sharma [ Aerospace Engineer] aircrews.sonal@gmail.com AirCrews Aviation Pvt Ltd

#How to Write a Value Proposition  to Be A Successful MBA

Sonal Sharma

https://bit.ly/3yxZlvi

Leaders often work consistently to improve their company’s product or service, thinking that it’s the most valuable role they can play. But for your business to “click” with your target audience, you need to stay just close to your customers. The details of customers’ need and wants should be just as familiar to you as the features of your product or the details of the service that you provide. A value proposition serves as the bridges the gap between these two aspects of your work. It’s a mantra that unites the two halves of the whole business.

When buyer needs and seller solutions are in perfect alignment, magic happens. But getting there requires navigating a path of clear communication, accurate perception and the fulfilment of a brand promise. And the best way to get started is by crafting a good value proposition.

Unfortunately, too many organizations either lack a value proposition completely or confuse it with their unique selling proposition.

That’s too bad because a “value proposition” is an essential baseline promise to your customer -- a clear and simple expression of benefits a consumer can expect to receive when buying your product or service. But even though your ultimate value proposition statement might be simple, it must be built with consideration of many elements.

What makes a 'good' value proposition?

While both the unique value proposition and the unique selling proposition should be tools in every sales professional’s toolbelt, they are not the same thing.

The selling proposition is all about your company and how you differ from (or are superior to) your competitors. In other words, the unique selling proposition expresses what makes your company stand out in a way that should matter to potential customers.

A value proposition, on the other hand, is all about the customer. It outlines the benefits they will receive when buying your product or service. A good value proposition is about making the connection between customer needs and the seller’s solutions. Value, proven by tangible benefits, can only truly exist if there is a direct alignment between these needs and solutions.

A good value proposition should be more than merely a proposition; it should, in fact, be a brand promise. Your value proposition should assure the buyer that, in exchange for their investment, your company’s solution promises to provide clear benefits.

#Networking to Be A Successful MBA, Afreen Islam Manager HR Aircrews Aviation P Ltd.

#Networking to Be A Successful MBA

 Afreen Islam

Despite the fact that networking is an important aspect of any long-term professional strategy, many people struggle with it. A strong network will prepare you for achievement at every step of life, whether you aim to go to business school at some point or are already enrolled in an MBA or graduate programme.

Now, when I emphasize networking, I don't mean accumulating contacts just for the purpose of utilising them. Genuine networking occurs when you are genuinely interested in learning about the other person and finding methods to assist him or her, despite personal gain. This type of networking is beneficial not only for professional development but also for personal development.

So, we've established that networking is important for a successful professional path, but where do we begin? What is the best way to contact the people we want to connect with and how can we locate them?

So, here are some few strategies to improve your networking skills while pursuing your MBA.

1. TARGET

First and foremost, be clear about what you want. You only need to think about two things: the industry/firm you want to work for and the position you want to fill. This emphasis necessitates a personal examination of your goals, aspirations, and vision for the future. Networking takes a lot of time and effort. As a result, make sure you're knocking on the proper doors so your efforts aren't wasted.

You'll want to approach to two types of people:

i. People with whom you want to make a connection.

ii. Individuals who will grant you access to the first.

2. JOIN THE DOTS

Make contact with your prospects via email or during an event. You now have a target list. It's time to get in touch with them! You might wish to think about a variety of options, such as:

i. Send an e-mail to a specific person.

ii. Get together at a business function

iii. Use a social media platform to send a direct message.

Feel free to choose whichever approach makes you the most comfortable. I would suggest the first two options because the third may be regarded as "invasive," especially if you connect via Facebook.

3. MEET UP TOGETHER

Prepare your ideas, questions, and stories.

By preparing for the meeting, you can show your appreciation for your contact's time. You can prepare yourself by following the three steps below:

1. Define your objective.

2. Prepare a list of questions.

3. Understand your target as well as yourself.

Finally, pay attention to your intended audience. The more you speak, the less time your contact will spend speaking with you. Although it may seem odd, haven't you ever been in a scenario where you couldn't stop talking? I'm sure you did! As a result, try to always listen to your audience because "the more you offer, the more you get."

4. KEEP IN TOUCH

Within the next 24 hours, send an email thanking your target for their time. But first and foremost, you must record the facts you heard before. I recommend that you make a networking tracker template with at least the following information to fulfil your needs:

1. What method did you use to first contact your person of interest, such as a social media site, a cold call, an event, etc.?

2. When and where did you achieve your objective?

3. What are your impressions of the meeting?

4. What are your plans for the future? Do you intend to follow up with the target? Did you and your partner agree to meet again?

5. Contact information: Company name, email address, and so on.

Here I’m listing below some tools via which you can make your networking strong:

1. Google

2. LinkedIn

3. Facebook

4. Twitter

5. Blogs

6. Articles

7. Many more…

To sum up, while a systematic approach to your networking efforts is critical for success, keep in mind that this is a human connection. As a result, the level of connection you are able to establish with your target will have a significant impact on the outcomes you may expect from your meeting.
