RBI has advised banks, rural banks, housing finance companies and non-banking companies to postpone the EMI of three months. Many banks have started implementing this.

Your loss is due to three months loan installment
The Reserve Bank of India has tried to address the concerns of all borrowers who have taken loans from banks due to the uncertainty of earnings and jobs due to Corona virus. RBI has advised banks, rural banks, housing finance companies and non-banking companies to postpone the EMI of three months. Many banks have started implementing this. However, experts in personal finance say that if a customer has the ability to pay installments, then he should not hold EMI. Let's know, what is the opinion of experts…
Interest will be overshadowed: Actually, even if your EMI is held by banks for three months, the interest will not stop and it will continue. Suppose you have taken a home loan of Rs 50 lakh for 10 years at 8.5% interest, then its monthly installment is close to Rs 62,000. Now if you do not pay the first installment in April, then the 8.5% interest on it will be added to the total amount for the future, which will be Rs 35,000. In this way, adding interest in three months will be 1 lakh 7 thousand rupees and the total amount of loan will be 51 lakh rupees. This will mean that you have to pay more than one lakh rupees as interest. If you do not have the necessary funds to cover these installments of the loan, do not fill it, but it will prove to be harmful if there is a balance.

Not a profitable deal even for those with personal loans: If you have taken a personal loan, then the same rule will apply to you. Apart from this, it is even more harmful in the case of personal loans because personal loans are much more expensive than home and auto loans. In such a situation, you have to pay a large amount of interest, which is not beneficial for you in any way. This will not only increase the loan duration but also increase the loan amount. On one hand you will feel immediate relief, but on the other hand you will pay a big price in the long term.

Also harmful for credit card users: If you use a credit card of a bank, then it is very important for you to know that the RBI's suggestion of postponement of installments is not beneficial in any way. If you have a fund to pay the bill, then it must be repaid. In fact, interest on credit card dues is 36% per annum, which will continue to increase. Apart from this, an additional 18% GST is also levied on it. In such a situation, it is beneficial for you not to stop the credit card dues.

कोरोना वायरस के चलते कमाई और नौकरी की अनिश्चितता के चलते बैंकों से लोन लेने वाले तमाम कर्जधारकों की चिंता को दूर करने की कोशिश भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक ने की है। आरबीआई ने बैंकों, ग्रामीण बैंकों, हाउसिंग फाइनेंस कंपनियों और नॉन-बैंकिंग कंपनियों को तीन महीनों की ईएमआई को स्थगित करने की सलाह दी है। इस पर कई बैंकों की ओर से अमल भी शुरू हो गया है। हालांकि पर्सनल फाइनेंस के एक्सपर्ट्स का कहना है कि यदि किसी ग्राहक के पास किस्तें भरने की क्षमता है तो फिर उसे ईएमआई होल्ड नहीं करनी चाहिए। आइए जानते हैं, क्या है एक्सपर्ट्स की राय…

भारी पड़ जाएगा ब्याज: दरअसल बैंकों की ओर से भले ही आपकी ईएमआई को तीन महीनों के लिए होल्ड कर दिया जाए, लेकिन ब्याज नहीं रुकेगा और जस का तस जारी रहेगा। मान लीजिए कि आपने 50 लाख रुपये का होम लोन 8.5 फीसदी की ब्याज पर 10 सालों के लिया है तो उसकी मासिक किस्त 62,000 रुपये के करीब होती है। अब यदि आप अप्रैल में पहली किस्त नहीं देते हैं तो फिर इस पर लगने वाला 8.5 फीसदी ब्याज भविष्य के लिए कुल अमाउंट में जुड़ जाएगा, जो 35,000 रुपये होगा। इस तरह से तीन महीने में ब्याज जुड़ते हुए 1 लाख 7 हजार रुपये हो जाएगा और लोन की कुल राशि 51 लाख रुपये होगी। इसका अर्थ यह होगा कि आपको एक लाख रुपये से ज्यादा की रकम ब्याज के तौर पर चुकानी होगी। यदि आपके पास लोन की इन किस्तों को भरने के लिए जरूरी फंड नहीं है तो न भरें, लेकिन बैलेंस होने पर ऐसा करना नुकसानदेह साबित होगा।

क्रेडिट कार्ड यूजर्स के लिए भी नुकसानदेह: यदि आप किसी बैंक का क्रेडिट कार्ड इस्तेमाल करते हैं तो आपके लिए यह जानना बेहद जरूरी है कि आरबीआई की ओर से किस्तों के स्थगन का सुझाव किसी भी तरह से लाभदायी नहीं है। यदि आपके पास बिल अदा करने लायक फंड है तो चुकाना ही चाहिए। दरअसल क्रेडिट कार्ड के बकाये पर सालाना 36 फीसदी का ब्याज लगता है, जो बढ़ता ही जाएगा। इसके अलावा उस पर अतिरिक्त 18 पर्सेंट जीएसटी भी लगता है। ऐसे में आपके लिए यही हितकर है कि क्रेडिट कार्ड के बकाये को न रोकें।

In addition, to manage our Human Resources and Business Operations, you will be work as HR Manager for AirCrews Aviation Pvt. Ltd. for 30 days.
