M.Sc ( Biotechnology) 

M.Sc in Biotechnology is a two years postgraduate programme that focuses on the advanced knowledge of the application of biology and chemistry in the field of technology, design and engineering. M.Sc Biotechnology involves the study of the usage of living organisms to produce bio-products. 

MSc Biotechnology:  

AIIMS M.Biotech entrance exam is comparatively easier than IIT JAM and JNU CEEB but the competition is equally tough because of less number of seats in AIIMS.

For preparation, first be thorough with your undergraduation subjects. There is no prescribed syllabus for this exam. If you master some subjects like biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology, RDT and immunology, you can easily clear the exam.

There is no work left for young lawyers in the US now, because software called IBM Watson gives better Legal Advice in a jiffy. 90% of US lawyers will be unemployed in the next 10 years... The 10% who will be left... will be Super Specialists.

Software named Watson does cancer diagnosis 4 times more accurately than humans. By 2030, computers will be more intelligent than humans.

In the next 10 years 90% of the cars will disappear from the roads around the world... what will survive will be either Electric Cars or Hybrid... Roads will be empty, Petrol consumption will decrease by 90%, all Arab countries will go bankrupt .

You will order a car from a software like Uber and in a few moments a driverless car will be standing at your door...if you share it with someone, that ride will be cheaper than your bike.

Due to the cars being driverless, 99% of the accidents will stop.. This will stop the business called Car Insurance.

No job like a driver will survive on earth. When 90% of cars disappear from cities and roads, then problems like traffic and parking will automatically end... Because one car will be equal to 20 cars of today.

5 or 10 years ago, there was no such place where there was no PCO. Then when the mobile phone came in everyone's pocket, the PCOs started shutting down.. Then all those PCOs started selling the recharge of the phone. Now recharge is also done online.

Nowadays every third shop in the market is of mobile phone nowadays.

For sale, service, recharge, accessories, repair, maintenance.

Now everything is done through Paytm.. Now people have started booking train tickets from their phone itself.. Now money transaction is also changing.. Currency note was replaced by Plastic Money first and now it has become digital. is transaction.

आपने कभी ध्यान दिया है..?

आजकल बाज़ार में हर तीसरी दुकान आजकल मोबाइल फोन की है।

 👉 The eye contact that all of you should make while communicating is two to three seconds, as anything longer could give the wrong signal to the other party.

 👉Managing facial expressions very carefully is especially important because it is a very direct reflection of who you are on the inside, what you feel, and how you think.

 👉Hand gestures: Don't fidget your hands or make fidgety hand movements. Don't make too many movements and gestures.

 👉As far as posture is concerned, you need to maintain a straight back.

 👉Don't tap your feet and shake your hand firmly

 👉Keep one arm's distance from the person you are talking to.

 👉Each person shared their personal experiences of getting stuck and being unable to speak for a period of 30 - 40 seconds. We had a great discussion about practicing in front of the mirror and with friends.

 👉Give presentations with a different tone, keep enthusiasm and zeal in your own heart.

 👉Titles should be more intriguing in order to generate interest in the audience.

 👉Try to keep it to a maximum of five points by writing 10 or 20 lines in your head

A great deal of interaction took place with the guests, in order to make the activities run smoothly. Developing a personality involves more than giving lectures, but also engaging in conversations with guests, understanding their concerns. We asked the participants about their favorite leaders so as to find out why they like them so much; the answers were astounding; they talked about our late President  and scientist A.P.J Abu Kalam. However, the main reason behind their attraction is their aroma, down to earth personality, etc.

I believe the most insightful thing is how long does the personality span last is 7 seconds. It's all about the first impression you leave as your mannerisms, your grooming style, your communication, and how you are able to present yourself. During the subsequent sessions, these points will be elaborated on.

To be able to shine externally, it is most important that we feel ourselves internally. It is very well illustrated with Freud's iceberg theory, which illustrates that what lies within us is the part of our ice that pertains to our conscious and unconscious minds mind. After the guests are asked to write their responses, a mind-blowing conclusion is reached. 'We must dream while we are awake'. we can create this liking by listening to others, respecting their opinion, smiling, not playing the blame game, and using other ways of saying no.

One of the most hypermarket lines of the session is TRY TO INTROSPECT YOURSELF by avoiding distractions like mobile phones and social media. Also, you need to look at your SWOT analysis and focus on your strengths as that is the place where your true abilities lie. It is right to say that you should not spend time on your weaknesses

Don't allow your day to "rule" you; instead, you should "rule your day" yourself.

People Don’t Leave Companies — They Leave Leaders!

Managing People seems easy from afar. This is really a difficult skill. It is especially difficult when you have no prior Management experience and are promoted to this position because you were good at your previous Job. Excellence in your profession does not mean that your skills fundamentally transfer. 

It's like when an All-Star baseball player becomes team Manager after retiring from playing on the field. Sometimes, it works well. Many times this does not happen. The former bowler may not have the right temperament, talent, patience and Leadership ability for this new role.

When you are in a Management position, there is an initial belief that your employees will automatically respect, listen and follow your instructions. After all, you are the boss and they must accede to your demands—you would think. It's not that simple and it rarely works out that way. In fact, it is very difficult to earn the respect, admiration and loyalty of your team.

As an aspiring Manager, you have to make some important decisions about the type of Leader you want to be. Do you want to be liked, feared, respected or friends with everyone? Are you able to lead a team, empower your employees, make them feel good about themselves and get excited about accomplishing great things?

A "Company" is just a legal entity. A "business" is a collection of desks and computers. Because of this no one resigned.

It is the direction set by the Leader's decisions, Motivation, environment, ethos, support, training, vision and Leadership that they will follow.

Mostly, People don't change Jobs just for the money.

They almost never resign voluntarily or in anger.

They joined your Company because they believed it was right for them,

And they really want it to be perfect.

Makes it wrong, at some point.

And if you take the time to really dig into the real reasons they left

- and you need

- You will find that it is not the "Company" they blame.

It's not the place, or the team, or the database, or the air conditioning.

This is Leadership!

So, the next time you get a resignation, resist the temptation to laugh it off:

"Another dumbo we don't get."

It's not the departing employee who "doesn't get it."

This is not the Company they are leaving; This is Leadership.
